Deposit/Cancellation Policy

1-6 Night Stays – One night room, tax and resort fee due at time of booking.  Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before arrival for deposit refund.  Less than 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.

7 Night/Weekly Stays – 50% of total (room, tax and resort fee) due at time of booking.  Remaining amount due 30 days before arrival.  Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before arrival for deposit refund.  Less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Daily Housekeeping

1-6 nights receive daily service for cottages, Easter Beach and Sandy Lane (not homes) built into the rate.

Weekly rental – no daily service.  Arrival cleaning only – Daily service available for guest to purchase for $40 per day for cottages, Easter Beach and Sandy Lane.
